The plate mould is the core component of slab caster machine. High temperature molten steel can be formed after passing mold, it is easy to be damaged in the forms of abrasion, heat erosion and deformation. Thus, the reparation of copper plate is one of the most important measures to reduce production cost and improve productivity.

We adopt large-scale numerical control drilling machine to process damaged slabs precisely and then recover parameters. The Ni-Co-Cr compound plating can improve precision, function, wearing quality, heat resistance, the amount of steel, and prolong service life.
